Entry system and Administrative check in the Polish Championship has some differences from the Slovak one. For this reason we prepared these instructions and explanations.

Entry

Competitors are compulsory to send complete filled in Entry form by e-mail or fax and also original copy with signatures by normal post together with payment confirmation till the closing date for entry on Sunday, 26.07.2009.

Competitors must send also 2 sets of colour photos of driver and co-driver till the date 31.07.2009.

Reconnaissance

During Road book issuing the crews will get these documents:

a) Reconnaissance card (time card) and Penalization card - crews are required to present reconnaissance and penalty cards at the START and STOP of each Special Stage. Penalization cardwill be valid during whole rally. Any infridgement against Polish traffic rules will be penalised by the Police and also by the Stewards decision.

b) Administrative check Card and Scrutineering Card – together with Safety equipment Card are also published on the official Slovak website in the Documents section. Competitors can fill in them in advance (at home) and have them prepared for Administrative Check and Scrutineering.

c) Shakedown  Card (time card).

Identification Card

Identification card with photographs of the crew must be placed so it was visible through the back right screen of the car during the Rally. Competitors can download it from the website, fill in and prepare. Attention! You can fill in them only after publication of the Official entry list, because you need correct competing number. Idintification cards need to be printed on the both sites.

Service and service spaces in the Service park

Places in the Service Park depend from the sum of the entry Fee (45 m²; 55 m²; 65 m²;). In the case, that crew need additional space it must be asked in writing on the Rally Office (on the Order form, which is published on the www.rallye.sk) till 04.08.2009.

In the case, that 2 or more crews are using the same service van and/or service staff and need to have the same/ neighboring Service park space must notice it to the organiser by the Order form which is also published on the www.rallye.sk in the Document section.

Entry in the Service park: Official service vans with service table are allowed to entry the latest 30 minutes (!) before the entry of the first rally car in the Service Park (entry from the Street Podpromie).

Only one service vann (!) for one rally crew is allowed in the Service Park.

Shakedownu

All entered crews can take part on the Shakedown without any other payments. All drivers with priority are compulsory to take part on it.
