1)  Art. 12.2 of RSMP prescriptions will be valid for chicane during the rally
12.2 First break of chicane which was noticed by judge of the fact will be punished by penalty of 10 s. Every next break of chicane by the same crew will be punished of 100% more penalty.
12.2.1 If organizer make any kind of roadblock on special stages which forced changing in drive direction, penalties from art. 12.2 will be used.

2) Cash penaltees for speeding (during the reconnaissance and rally)
In the case of breaches of the speed (and also any other infringements of the traffic rules), crews will be awarded by penalties according Art. 5.7 of the Supplementary regulations.

3)  Restart to the Leg 2
Crew, which retired during the Leg 1 can restart to the Leg 2 according to Art. 39.6.2 of FIA Prescriptions for the MSR. In this case, according to the regulations for RSMP crew is obliged to have overlooked their competing car to scrutineers in the Service park before starting repairs.
